This page contains important information about my professional services and business policies, including limits of confidentiality. Please read it carefully. When you sign up or purchase my services, it will represent an agreement between us.

**My Background and Qualifications**

I hold a Master of Social Work and specialize in working with individuals, families, and groups. My practice focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systems Psychotherapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. These approaches aim to help you gain insight, develop strategies, and achieve your goals

**Confidentiality**

The information you share in therapy is generally confidential and will not be released without your written consent. Exceptions include situations where there is a legal mandate, such as suspected abuse or threats of harm.

**Records and Record Keeping**

I maintain treatment records as required by professional standards. You are entitled to receive a summary of your records upon request.

**Telehealth Rates**

– Individual 50-minute session: $150

– Family 90-minute session: $200

– Couple 90-minute session: $200

**Cancellation Policy**

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the full session fee.

**Therapist Availability and Emergencies**

I will make every effort to return calls within 24 hours. In case of an emergency, please contact the MAWI Mental Health 24-Hour Crisis Line or go to the nearest emergency room.

**Social Media and Telecommunication**

To protect your confidentiality, I do not accept friend or contact requests from clients on social networking sites. Communication via email or text is limited to scheduling and cancellations.

**Termination of Therapy**

Ending therapy can be challenging. We will discuss the termination process to ensure closure. You have the right to terminate therapy at any time, and I will provide referrals if needed.

**Consent to Treatment**

By proceeding with this site and purchase, or bookings, you consent to treatment and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document.
